We strive to provide reliable and high-quality swimming, pool maintenance, and plumbing services. We understand that plans may change, so we have outlined our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 10% of the service charge may apply.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount.
Clients may reschedule their appointment once without any extra charges if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling within less than 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.
If we need to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, technical issues, or staff unavailability), clients will be notified as soon as possible.
In such cases, clients may choose to reschedule the service at no extra cost or request a full refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
