✅ By booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
✅ Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
✅ Clients must provide accurate details (e.g., address, contact, pool size) for effective service delivery.
💳 Payment Methods: We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
📅 Advance Payments: Some services may require upfront payment before confirmation.
🔄 Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.
🚫 Client Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before the service time to avoid cancellation fees.
⚠️ Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours' notice may result in a 10% cancellation fee.
💰 Refunds: Processed within 7 business days if eligible under our Refund Policy.
🛠 Pool Maintenance & Plumbing: We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues beyond routine maintenance.
🌧 Weather Conditions: Outdoor services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather.
🏊 Swimming Lessons & Safety: Clients must follow instructor guidelines and safety rules at all times.
⚠️ Sanloaw Swimming Alliance and its staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from failure to follow instructions or unsafe conditions beyond our control.
✅ Clients agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from misuse of our services.
