1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Service Cancellation by Sanloaw Swimming Alliance – If we cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances, you are eligible for a full refund.
Client Cancellation – If you cancel a booked service at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
Service Issues – If a service was not completed as agreed due to a fault on our part, we will offer a partial or full refund based on the issue.
