At Sanloaw Swimming Alliance, we strive to provide the best swimming, pool maintenance, and plumbing services. If you are not satisfied with our services or need to request a refund, please review our policy below.
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
✅ Service Cancellation by Sanloaw Swimming Alliance – If we cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances, you are eligible for a full refund.
✅ Client Cancellation – If you cancel a booked service at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
✅ Service Issues – If a service was not completed as agreed due to a fault on our part, we will offer a partial or full refund based on the issue.
❌ Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the service).
No-show cases where the client is unavailable at the scheduled time.
If the service was successfully completed but did not meet personal preferences unrelated to service quality.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
Refunds for mobile payments or bank transactions may be subject to processing fees.
If you prefer, you can opt for service credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future bookings.
